做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
