做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
