做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
