做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
