做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
