做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
