做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
