做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
