做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
