做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
