做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
