做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
