做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
