做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
