做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
