做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
