做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
