做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
