做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
