做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
