做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
