做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
