做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
