做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
