做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
