做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
