做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
