做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
