做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
