做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
