做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
