做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
