做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
