做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
