做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
