做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
