做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
