做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
