做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
