做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
