做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
