做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
