做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
