做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
