做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
