做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
