做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
