做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
