做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
