做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
